Let (that sh*t) go

Oftentimes, especially as a parent who works full time, yoga practices happen in my living room or dining room or kitchen or in the small space beside my bed, whenever I have some minutes and wherever a yoga mat might fit. Oftentimes there is no yoga mat.

The hardest thing? Leaving behind sky-high expectations of what a yoga practice *should* or *must* look like (usually this = how sweaty I must get or how hard I must work or how many minutes I must move).

If I can leave all this behind, using whatever time I do have and moving my body however feels good, this, then, is the practice.
